weighed in at 219 today. i’m finally out of the 20’s! so close to the 100’s i can almost taste it. i haven’t been in the 190’s in 13 years. needless to say, excited.

i have a hit a very rough patch in life and have been really down in the dumps lately. a drunk driver t-boned my mom’s car in may and i just found out that it caused a severe herniated disk and spinal fluid is leaking up my spine. a 5 1/2 year long relationship with my partner has also come to an end very recently. i am in so much pain emotionally and physically. i haven’t been paying too much attention to this blog, but upon checking it today i see people have left me so many positive messages. all i’ve been looking at is the bad in my life, but my weight loss journey is a major thing and i have never stopped trying. this is an amazing accomplishment but i have been failing to see that. i now weigh 229 pounds and have lost 119.7 pounds to date. thank you all for reminding me to be proud of myself and to remember to look at the good in life.

this has been mentioned a few times. the before picture was taken a little after i started dieting and 340 pounds is a guestimate. i started 12-17-2010 near 348 pounds so it was actually 100 pounds lost at this time.

also! i bought the most amazing glow in the dark black kitty tee in the halloween section at walmart today. juniors size xl! halloween is my absolute favorite holiday and asdfghjkl!! i’ve never been able to buy any of the NON plus-size halloween apparel from any store before. LET ALONE JUNIORS SIZING! totally made my day, my dreams are coming true guys!
